Payment Methods

The payment options available for your SLEEIP order will be shown during checkout. The methods displayed may differ depending on your country or region, selected currency, device, and the payment services supported at the time you place your order.

Payment Authorization

Orders placed through SLEEIP may be subject to payment approval, transaction verification, and fraud-prevention checks before the purchase is fully confirmed. Your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other financial institution may request additional verification, decline a transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold on your account.

Any approval decisions, verification requirements, authorization periods, or fund-release timelines are determined by the relevant bank, financial institution, or payment provider and are not controlled by SLEEIP.

Checkout Security

Payments made through our store are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers that use security measures designed to help safeguard transaction and payment information. While we take reasonable steps to support a secure checkout experience, no method of online transmission, electronic processing, or digital storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers are responsible for protecting their account information and login credentials. We also recommend completing purchases using trusted devices, updated browsers, secure internet connections, and other appropriate online security practices.

Pricing and Charges

Before you submit payment, the checkout page will display the applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes, available discounts, and the total amount due for your order.

Any foreign exchange charges, currency conversion costs, card issuer fees, bank charges, or similar fees that may apply to your transaction are determined by your financial institution or payment provider. These charges are not set or controlled by SLEEIP.

Discount Codes

Promotional or discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed. Individual offers may be subject to specific conditions, including expiration dates, eligibility requirements, usage limits, minimum purchase amounts, excluded products, or other promotional restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, combined with other offers, or applied retroactively to an order that has already been completed.
